I’m a union employee. I know firsthand that if you complain about overtime or too much work. They hire contractors. We only have a handful of protected jobs so the company can do as it pleases. So don’t blame the union worker working overtime...blame upper management

Union members working overtime will be the downfall of the future of railroad unions. They stab the people laid off so they better not ever go on strike.
