An event that happened this morning reminded me of an earlier post...I am totally alone for the first 2 hours of the store opening 3 days a week. I had a lady come in with her crying baby , as soon as we opened, wanting a passport picture. Between ringing and trying to get the baby to not cry, this whole process took 1.5 hours. Still have to do cash, QPs, and cycle counts. oh and my afternoon cashier called out guess I’m working a double now too. Happy Monday!

I turn off the kiosks and tell people passports are down if I'm by myself. There's no reason to make things even crazier if you're left alone.
CVS new normal. Get ready to be alone all the time. We only have 9 hours of overlap a week at my store. Start wearing depends.

The vendors will have to wait, and so will the coupon folks...……...sorry for your luck.
I have resorted to turning off the Kiosks, whenever I have to work 3-4 hrs. by myself, simply because you cannot attend to the registers, direct customers, answer phones, and all of the other mundane tasks required by CVS. I suggest you do the same.

First off, tell the lady with crying baby to come back when the baby has settled down because, the picture will be rejected and therefore she would have to come back any how. OR pull the plug on the photo machine and tell her" Sorry, the machine is down and that the tech has been called ."
Typical CVS! How this company remains in business is beyond me.
So u didn't have two vendors waiting to get checked in ?
And 3 couponers lining up for 30 min transactions?
