I know an ARSA that quit an went to work BNSF.
Back to your craft if your still paying dues. If your a Machinest they are pretty adamant that you get no bump as well. The "Lead" Machinest jobs are already taking over in Car to rid the shops of foreman, locomotive mechanical will follow suite.
I know a few ARASA’s who had their jobs abolished. Their only option was to go back to their old roster (if they were still paying dues) or go home. No severance offered.
