As humiliating as that is, it’s our reality. The parts that can’t be outsourced abroad, will be filled with younger cheaper employees and the task to train the people that will replace our colleagues and us will fall on us. We might want to think about whether we want to stick around for that.

I have to train people in India for jobs in my dept. have been doing this for 3 years. Nothing new here. Time to leave BNY for good!
Sorry, this is old news. This was happening at the job I came from twenty years ago. And it may be happening at our next company too.
(I was hoping that MAGA meant less outsourcing, but that seems to be continuing unchecked.)
