My director advised me coming back as contractor with Infosys if I am struggling to locate my next job. Well, I were offered with more pay at two other companies before leaving here. I am ready moving on and using my new skills, not the skills which were asked for a promotion here that no one in the company has mastered it yet, but with the skills which are wanted currently in the market by majority of IT companies. I don’t consider coming back even if Infosys offers me a lot more right now.
I share @XXAMjhL-3wow ‘s attitude towards this, but i was hoping to get some other opinions regarding coming back as a contractor.
