What a joke of a company. Firing people that get the actual work done and produce actual value, but leaving the managers that mostly don’t have clue and have very little contribution to any of the results. They don’t fool me hen they cut a lower manager here or there just so they can speak that cuts were done on the managerial level as well. Soon there will be no workers left for them to manage.

Not all managers are IC, most of them don't do anything apart from giving orders .. there are a few good ones .. how long will they last here that's a totally different thing ..
The managers I know also retain their “individual contributor” job. They usually don’t complain about the overload, which could be why you don’t know. Giving them a bad rap just makes it worse on them . Thats OK, because many of them are looking to get out. I know THAT for aure.
It's true there is no value here for hardworking employees.. the place is a dump !
