Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Review

I had my review last week and there was not one thing mentioned about my future with Cvs everything was we must execute...blah blah blah.

Basically your stuck as a manager in a store that historically has bad service and there’s no way out. So if your stuck in a store that will never ever meet its service goals because of the c-appy area it’s in your stuck...no changing locations aloud. Anyone in this catch 22?

I'm in the same situation. If you're performing well in most areas of your business they aren't going to move you. Would you move you? Not everyone can succeed in those challenging locations so like me, you're stuck for doing well.

Yup. Keep saying i’m great until review time or when I apply to other stores magically issues arrise
