There are no big layoffs planned. Just because there was one, doesn’t mean there will be more. Not all the sales come from within the stores. The warehouses need staff too! Same with the call centers!

Here in my area the word us get your resume ready and out there if you are full time with benefits. They are supposedly looking at high paid associates, pip are going to be plentiful, they are preparing to just out right fire people. If your not in the inter circle you should be worried. If your in the inter circle you may survive this go round.

The leaches at corporate have yet to prove me wrong, layoffs are coming, this is straight from a friend in HR. Look at it this way, all the employees that know what they were doing and help to build bbb are all gone and the few left will be gone. The remaining ones left like SM’s that sat in the office eating chips all day or having a so called lunch meeting will really have to work now. It would be funny if it wasn’t so sad to see people be unemployed. We have had warning after warning so get out while you can, things are going to get worst!
They are moving district staff. They should give the respect to the asms they plan on letting go to take a pay cut and offer them another job. If they do another Aug 2017 they will not survive another lawsuit. The gloves are out and ready for a fight.
How about looking into the pathetic buyers who bring c-ap into the stores. There are people who like to shop in our stores. Give them a great selection, excellent customer service and competitive prices and will survive.
Look at the stock price since Jan 2015. BBBY's profit is making like a 737, and everyone knows it. More cuts to come.
