Come on now...we have a long tradition of paying our top management obscene salaries while the minions get diddly squat. Hourly peeps get 3 percent while every single salaried employee gets 10 percent if under grade 12 and 15 percent if over grade 12 and much...much more if over salary grade 15...can you say salary plus a bonus equivalent to an average technicians annual wage. Yes that's is correct...most of your directors and managers level 2 get paid over 30K bonuses.
So keep that in mind next time you hear them say we need to cut back...it's not them cutting back it's them cutting you out of a job.
