I think those on top even forgot they ever existed.
People work so hard here, and what do they get in return? They are used by and stepped all over by the leadership that has no qualms about dismissing them like they never existed.
Soon enough, nobody who once cared about this place will be left here.
I stopped working hard long ago , I do the bare minimum after a BE , screw them.i ain't care anymore !
Work hard and you get a BE as your recognition with a decreased bonus
Does the Board of Directors realize or even care that employees are unhappy? We all feel demoralized. This is at all levels. We feel like pawns at the mercy a board that doesn’t care about us. Majority of the staff didn’t even attend the “employee appreciation day” event because we know we are not truely appreciated. A slice of pizza doesn’t make up for a year of neglect.
I don't think this bank has any values left whatsoever.
