Does anyone know if the Backroom Associates schedule will change with this block scheduling?

Block scheduling is all shifts your not special here. All associates will be rotate just how it should be.
Backroom schedule is determined by how many associates in the department. Our schedules consist of 7 days a week rotation which includes a 10 -6 on Sundays. Our job description did say stocking so yes zIm sure we will be stocking as well.
