When I first started working for Sam's, and new policies we're rolled out it was always the same. Nobody knew exactly how it worked, and it was never completely updated before it was rolled out either. Everyone was learning together. I would get just as frustrated as you all are right now. I would question that HO couldn't possibly have such id--ts working that high up making so many stupid worthless changes. I was told by a couple of long term workers that yes indeed they do have those id--ts that high up. This is the way it has always been. They learned long ago to not listen to anyone in the club. You have to dig into the wire and read everything on your own. Print it out, take it home and read it. Almost always the CM and everyone else didn't know a thing or were giving out wrong info because HO is that sloppy with training their people. This site has helped with that some, but if you really want answers, you have to get in there and find it yourself. It s---s but that's the way it has been and will continue to be. Educate yourselves instead of asking others.
