Neighborhood 100 doors?

Does anyone know when the stores who are truly going to be a part of the Neighborhood 100 strategy will get notified? I know of some stores but not there are some still waiting . Will it roll out in phases ?

What is a Neighborhood store....what does that look like in general? Will it cause more lost positions?

You DO NOT want to be a Neighborhood store. Trust me

the previous post is correct. In addition, we are moving forward with compressing some larger sq footage, lower volume stores to a smaller footprint to increase per sq ft. profitability.

The company pumped the brakes on the Neighborhood strategy and reduced the number of stores that are starting in the spring season due to the sales impact in the pilot stores this fall. Also still working the kinks out of the staffing model as the original reductions were unsustainable in Q4 and the feedback from customer and store colleagues was not good, extended wait times, poor store conditions, goods not getting to the floor, all related to the integrated workforce model and rather sizable reductions in workforce. If you are on the N-100 list, I wouldn't be overly eager to get this in your store until we figure out how to make it work.
