Service unit meltdowns upper management breaking - stress indused unprofessional personnel is all that is left. Shortage of workers and sitting trains in all yards is this only happening in North? Or is this in South also??? Not sure is they are just trying to mask the fact that they are short in all areas or is this part of plan?

They have a bid to borrow out to Roseville.
It doesn't help that the Midwest is underwater and under snow atm!
Saw three trains sitting next to I-80 in Omaha sub today, at the same time.
Under Powered and Under Pressure
Well, i look around the omaha triangle and i see z trains left and right laid down.
Thats probably the power youre waiting on.
Psr is a total gimmick. Will never work at up.
Same at my yard! No power and building for 2 days out! I have a suspicion 1 more big layoff, I feel it and so do my coworkers!
They are doing what up always does. They had a number they wanted, of people and locomotives gone, and they just cut. No matter the consequences, because they are always right and we are stupid. Hey, that’s what the “employee appreciation” unit should say “UP, we’re always right and you’re stupid”...
North Platte the departure tracks now always has trains waiting to depart with no power available. Never seen that before PSR Not good.
When I heard that a UP executive had stated that they kept the service units short on power on purpose to make sure managers were utilizing resources properly and not being wasteful I knew I was dealing with a bafoon.
It’s happening in the south as well. Service units crying for power just to find out most power is broken. Currently had the same train built ready to leave and has been sitting here for over 2 hours idle. No telling what’s going on and how long this can last!
