And, I say this with full awareness that no company cares about it’s workers and that’s just the reality of corporate America, but I tend to think that Sam’s went one step more in that direction. Sam’s never gave the best pay or the conditions in the business, but it was still OK to work there. Now when you face the worker,s that are underpaid and overworked as it is, with that much changes that don’t go to their benefit, you will get an unmotivated workforce doing the bare minimum, not to mention people leaving in droves.

I completely agree! These people saying to s--- it up or quit are either trolls that don't even work at Sam's or they're newer and haven't had to put up with much. All wet behind the ears!
