Recently on Consumer Affairs SEARS just went past the 6,000th negative review. This is just SEARS itself....this does not include negative reviews on specific areas like refrigerators or dishwashers etc. Way to go SEARS!
On another note SEARS is also nearing the 6,000th negative review on P@ssed Consumer as well.
I just want the Kmart Cheerleader to be unmasked and find out it was really Leena all along. Curses, and I would have gotten away with it too if it hadn't been for you meddling kids!
This brings up an important point that a lot of people made note of a long time ago. The mountains of reviews on consumer affairs, p'd consumer, BBB, and others highlights the truly terrible state that consumer confidence is in SEARS or Kmart. Transform or whomever would try to dig out of this mess will never be able to work their way through this situation and get back to the plus side in terms of a positive perception.
When you have thousands upon thousands of reviews stating that people hope and pray you go out of business ASAP because of how badly they were treated it doesn't paint a rosy picture of your future. Clearly customers have moved on and have written SEARS off.....
I am sure the hard work put into the transformation will very soon now totally reverse this unfortunate trend...
Or the Kmart Cheerleader will be brought out into the secure courtyard by her caregiver to spit more serpent bile on us.
