If store/pharmacy managers were smart enough to handle Star source when it first rolled out we wouldn’t need the hiring center. I would take numerous calls a day from other store manager throughout the region asking me dumb questions. If they only took the training courses, read the material and experimented with the system like I did they would have known the answers. Instead we had managers disposing candidates just to get to the one they wanted which violatied EEO standards. Now we have a hiring center. Don’t blame the company for this one. This was the making of incompetent store/pharmacy managers.
If this Company understood AI like IBM does, it would not have problems. We would already be in the next century.
If we had an IT department that could do their job we could get rid of a lot and improve quite a bit. There is no reason to have so many systems that don't communicate with each other well.
