For the past 10 years we’ve received an annual pay increase in March.
All of our managers are playing dumb when asked about it.

do they actually tell you what the raise is prior to you receiving the paycheck stub on lowesnet??? is this the cowardly way they go about it? dont tell you in a meeting or when you have your review if or how much of an increase youll be receiving so you cant rebuttal if you think it should be more.......
I have been told my raise will be on March 29th check.
My store manger claims we are getting raises in March.
Then again, he also said we were getting 900 SSEI and we got 500.
He hasnt been right about anything!

Dear Lazy Managers,
It has been determined that you are doing too much delegating and not enough work. Therefore no raises will be forthcoming.
If you want a raise, that apparently you feel you are entitled to, it is suggested that you actually earn your pay by helping the associates help the customers and by staffing the store instead of seeing how few associates it takes to run a store.

He’s really giving us an incentive to leave. No pay increase, a new lousy schedule coming, and unattainable goals.
