This article was in desperate need of a copy editor before going live. However, the author isn't wrong in identifying people who are directly responsible for the schools' downfall and inevitable failure, prior to DCEH's involvement.
vji - yes this guy has made up lots of stuff over the years. Bad reporting with a clear ax to grind.
I hate EDMC & DCEH... but even I have to admit there is alot if made up information in that article.
