This is what you can expect when you lay-off experienced workers of all ages. The loss is compounded over time and will affect the bottom line at various points in the future. This will not affect managers' salaries and so they don't need to worry, just keep selecting those workers that threaten your position for the next lay-off and you will be okay ...

That s---s. I left a gallon of milk a year ago next to the 4 year old salsa hoping to make some Cheese.
@1fjp, spoiled milk cannot be converted into cheese! That's what I thought originally but then discovered that to make cheese you actually need fresh milk and the fresher the better. Spoiled milk just makes spoiled cheese.
There's no way out, when something starts degrading, anything created directly from it will be degraded unless you are making coal, then you need to take trees and all kinds of vegetation, compress it under huge amounts of pressure and wait a few million years to get your final product which is radically different from the ingredients that went into it.
The best you are going to do with spoiled milk is make some kind of fertilizer which is the equivalent of manure and so that is the direct result of the degradation process. Obviously if you sprinkle the manure around it will result in green shoots but that does not help the elements that are part of the manure in any way.
Spoiled milk can also be converted into cheeses that run well over $20 per pound. I believe that’s what bofa and all major banks are doing by going digital.
It's the "quality" of the operations in all areas that are suffering. The critical point is that it isn't noticeable until a serious issue or incident happens like "spoiled" milk, one doesn't notice that it is going bad until it has gone bad and then it is too late - the smell and taste deteriorate extremely rapidly and it becomes totally unusable.
You sound like a PB. Grow up and get a real job.
This is what you can expect when you’re not investing enough in automation. Too many ineffective people at bofa. In order to make money all banks (especially the sinkhole known as bofa) need to Increase investment in technology and lay-off more people.
