I see there is talk of even more layoffs at Citi and I keep wondering who exactly are they planning to lay off when we are drowning in work as it is?
They cut so many already, some have left on their own, and each time those of us who are still here have had to pick up their work since nobody new is brought in (or at best just occasionally.)
If they lay off even more people there will be nobody left to do the work!!! Does nobody see an issue with this?
