Does anybody else still working at Seagate trust our current leadership? Believes they can turn us around? If there is somebody who believes this, I'll be mildly put shocked. Hopefully, everybody has seen through them by now, and knows that the only way forward is with new people.
Which, sadly, will never happen.

We have lots of great leaders! We have Directors who are so good, they are blessed with no reports! We have Sr Directors reporting to other Sr Directors! If a Director ever looked at an oscilloscope, we turn them into Technologists!

All the good people have left through RIF or voluntary. The culture is so toxic, even more now than I have seen in my 10 years. I am in awe of what goes on.
