Anyone have any inside knowledge about future layoffs in claims?

They just hired a new Global Head of TPA's so I would assume there will be lay offs in the future for our claims services.
Just wondering if there will be more layoffs in claims? I heard the new business we are writing is going to TPA's
I heard no more layoffs in claims. Layoffs will be in finance and collections in June.
