I got laid off it the last round, but a few days ago I got a job offer from Ford for a similar position within a different group. I don’t want to come back to such a company, not after everything I’ve seen, and frankly I don’t even know why would they do such a think after showing me the door. Has anyone else received such an offer to come back?

Ford leadership and workforce structure is so screwed up. One organization lay-off their people, another organization hire those people back. WTF. I4
You must of applied to a job posting and gone thru the Ford hiring process to get an offer. That is a lot of hassle if you don’t want to go back to Ford. So you must really want to come back to Ford?
Morale, productivity and culture is at an all time low. Worst I have ever seen it by far. Why subject yourself to the environment?
Not so smart redesign! Have an outside company determine where the cuts are needed, fire them, then call them back because you realize that job was needed to run a successful business.... Nice.
