To the anonymous poster who works for Saputo: get another job if all you're going to do is complain! No one is forcing you to work there. Leave so that someone else who will appreciate actually having a job and income can work there!
Just because your plant runs like that doesn't mean they all will. Why would you pay all of that overtime if you don't need to?
