Here is a quote from the recent Readers Digest story about Walmart -
"Despite many competitors doubting his business model, the company started to grow and grow. Walton credits the instant success of Walmart to the low prices, but mainly to his associates. They gave customers a positive shopping experience and kept them coming back."
Walton credits his ASSOCIATES for keeping the customers coming back......This is something the current leadership needs to remember - or better yet read about because NONE of them worked with or for Mr. Sam. I have yet see a robot thank a customer for shopping the stores - Also there is no one at self checkouts to thank you.....
