Show of hands - has anybody here previously worked in a company with worse working environment and more dirty politics involved that currently at Xerox? Not to mention with management that treats its employees like dirt?

I work at sungard and my position was recently offshored to India as well - pretty pathetic how much Indian c--- gobbling is going on these days in companies
YES YES AND YES... good lord you guys who have been here your whole careers have no idea what type of sh--ty backstabbing politics exist at other large well known organizations. Companies look at employees as resources. Companies who do a bunch of frilly things for their employees still only view them as resources. Look at Tesla who is a well known company who is doing great things and gives employees all the perks in the world... but they are laying of people in certain plants because they are modifying their overall production plans. I mean, this is the way corporations work.
Not the bottom. They will go lower before they get their price and sell.
I can't remember my last company ......
But got a good deal and happy to ride into the sunset.

I got a seasonal job at a computer store a few years back. The manager there treated even the part time employees better than anything at Xerox since long before the Ursula years.
What HCL email went out?
People here are really angry this morning after that HCL email went out. Employees that were going to stick it out are now sending their resumes out. When you cut the roots out from a plant (admin/ sales support), the plant dies. Nice job HCL/ Xerox! You guys take incompetence to a new level.
