Former SD director in Williamsburg been cutting everything. You would think that being away from your position for 5 months would show that position is not needed

Former SD BAT member now in BGW only cares about their advancement. They along with the other arrogant BAT members will cut your labor to the point where you can’t run your park properly.
One of the BAT team members has a long history at BGW and is only interested in their advancement. It is all about getting credit for making change with no care if it is really the best choice for business.
BAT is going after the few shows we have left. Ice show is our number one rated show. We might be a rides park but the guests like the shows also
I feel the OPS full time hourly supervision will be the next big hit at both BGT and BGW
The BA team will gut your labor budget to the point where you can’t function. Be prepared for layoffs
