Who the heck would want to acquire Molina? What does Molina have going for it that would make it an attractive acquisition for anyone? Any company that would buy is only buying the membership. Jobs in the LBC are irrelevant. The will take the newly acquired membership to their own location and Molina in DTLB is history.

They may want the membership but they don't have to buy Molina to get that - they can just buy the membership directly from Molina without buying any other parts of Molina. And if that happens - what's a health insurance company with no membership...
