Well from what the top tier executives have said during a high end luncheon that consisted of escargot, prime rib, and boysenberry sorbet, West Colton is now the new standard for 2020. So much so that they will be taking the capital they were using for the now shut down Brazos project and investing it in West Colton, even expanding the Yard! Actually, i was at that luncheon and i can tell you this, change was on the menu. These guys were here on business and lets just say it was all you can eat at that table. It was a 4 course meal with all the trimmings and when it came to PSR 2020 these guys were goin in for a second helping. By the time dessert rolled around the mood shifted and lets just say they took there apple pie, alamode. Get ready for some major changes, cause they way they were talking while sipping there after dessert coffe, there was talk of a merger, and the coffe wasnt the only thing brewing.
