Conclusion: This is a great company with lots of potential, but we have lost our way. We can get back on track but it wont be easy. The perception is that we are struggling and that managers and associates do not feel secure in their jobs. The activist movement has only escalated this perception. Its like a virus which must be eliminated and the healing process started. Without vision the people perished!
