Employees being cut, yet the number of management states more or less the same. If the playoffs continue in this way, there will not be left anyone for them to manage. Is it possible that we will see some thinning of the managerial structure in the next round of layoffs? This could be the time for that.

Mgrs are hiring engineers with lesser pay whether work or no work; they continue to survive. That's Oracle!
I had a good manager who was laid off, that prompted me to quit soon. Best thing happened to both of us.
Of course they will layoff the managers that are too dumb to quit.
Nah, why lay off managers when you can lay off regular people?, next thing you know the SVPs, EVPs and the CEOs would have to do real work to earn their keep - we can’t have that.
Anything is possible...lame post.
managers in oracle are dime a dozen
Sure after all the engineers are gone
Probably some of them will go but the usual approach is to leave them as manager even if they no longer have direct reports. Or maybe they'd have to start doing real work...
