It gets worse every year that goes on just don’t bother with it anymore.

In my store the pb&j fixings are in the breakroom the day before payday. I guess it's their way of fattening us up.
they usually do pb&j since it’s no one likes them and it’s usually a food safety issue everything covered in nats
Our STL gave us pb+j sandwiches one day of the week......they looked so bad on that c-appy 365 white bread
Whether TMAW is good depends on the person planning. The Highland Village store had great ones my first two years, but the lady who planned them is gone. The new people did a bad job this year. They just didn’t care and it showed. Bad food. Nothing for the night and weekend people. It was lame.
Jul I'm jhghbnnmlolol sure I'll somehow get the blame for the weekend and my sched is the first time in a bit steep for the warehouse everyday but I'll probably come in early 88888888hgg hhhhg
I still have my "conscious capitalism" team member appreciation week t-shirt, the one advertising the book. I bet it'll be worth something thirty years down the line. The artwork was actually pretty thoughtful. I believe it was created by a team member from the store in the UK.
Still haven't got our shirts. Hoping it's not something lame like "eat real food"
stop giving us sh-- tshirts that either just get binned at Goodwill or thrown away.
Extra 10% off everything stacking with TM discount is better than anything from at least the last 4 TMAWs...
Would much rather have a $250 bonus than a coupon. By the way, TM Appreciation Week started going down hill well before AMZN came along so come off it. As for "just give us raises"...we got one, $15/hr and bumps if you were at that and before the trolls light up their keyboards, I'm not a corporate shill. Since 2014 WFM has been working on this buyout and all the changes, "restructures" and regional musical chairs has been moves made by WFM to sweeten the deal. AMZN did what every other corporation since 1989 has done when opportunity knocked. If you want to get angry about the big bad corporate machine, look up these 10 companies and check out what/whom they own: Kraft, Coca-Cola, Nestle, P&G, Pepsico, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Kellogg's, General Mills and Mars. Now let's go to banks: JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Citigroup look them up next (see a glimpse into what caused the financial crisis in 2008). Now, this in no way makes mega-lopolies right but at least AMZN is the devil we know, it's the ones we don't we should be afraid of.
I remember when they used to give every team member in my store a 40$gift card to shop for their christmas day meals..now mind you this was like 15+years ago and that 40 went a good way...such benevolence went away with us being sold to the venture capital vultures who ruin our world...
KKKKKK u guys are losers Thank god I left this sh-- hole!
We had a corporate walk through at our store today. What a way to end TMAW. Over it.
I don’t know anyone who works at WFM who can afford to do the bulk of their shopping there, other than our useless ASTL’s. The “save a negligible amount when you spend $250+” coupon is woefully out of touch. I wish they’d take all the money they spend on food and “prizes” and just give us raises.
If bezos had any backbone he would fire them all. Then maybe tms might start felling appreciated.
My leadership team are still bullies. So I agree with you.
