They cant afford to hire experienced workers so they're already getting more High School students who know nothing about this industry to fill in the gaps. You will be happy to know the whole place is messed to complete MAYHEM. T's not crossed I's not dotted total joke. Reminds me of IBM 650 back in day. When they hired young kids with manpower and after all the IBMers left that 200mm fab it just fell to pieces because 300mm fab was already rolling so IBM didnt care and either does Global theyre cutting corners because they are sacred of another layoff and any person who has any skills wont come back so theyre hiring scabs they can flick for cheap.
