We are entering uncharted territory. We are literally paying more attention to numbers in Kronos than the customer. This is an all out attempt to show how great the new regime is when earnings come out for Q1. They say to focus on the customer but give literally no support to make this happen.

The amount of freight coming to our store is literally creating a huge accident waiting to happen. They are dumping on us with complete disregard for how much actual free space is in our locations. It's all about to culminate into something I can't quite describe. Get ready to be worked to the bone over the next several months.

The morale in the store is abysmal and when you dig really deep you realize corporate could not care less. They are grinding employees to the verge of quitting in hopes that they do and can rehire at a less hourly rate. War of attrition. The poor ASM's being asked to work 60 hours a week and barely see the outside of the store. It's one of the most unhealthy work environments I've ever seen. We are about to lose some real top tier management at my location and its going to be devastating when it happens. Even worse the less capable ASM's will stay because they can't do better.

As for me? I'm out ASAP. What's happening is pure negligence.

Kronos is not customer friendly ..it is Marvin friendly..there has been many nights that several depts had no slider..management did not care!!!!

getting downright scary how two-faced marvin is. he really should just start saying Satan bless and get it over with. hes not fooling anyone. they come down with certain demands and simultaneously tell the workers we are taking away all your ability to accomplish them. deliveries are suppose to be completed with a certain timeframe.....but stores are now refusing drivers to go into any overtime to get it done. entire DAYS of deliveries are now cant go out because all the drivers have been tapped by thursday! were being told to pass off customers to someone else if we are about to hit 40 hours. heck store managers are now telling their management team to write up old people for simply being slower workers and not because theyre actually doing anything wrong! I can only hope karma rears her ugly head on these corporate chitbags and the district and store managers willing to put their morals aside and carry them out.

Completely accurate. Store 1192 has the exact same problems and its a hostile work environment.

Everyone should just up and leave / quit.

Lowe's is broken and unfixable. Its sinking. Get out asap.
