Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

BBB is just laughable

This is the same old junk everyday! The only changes made were you cut your dept mgrs and look st these nasty stores now. Any really good employee knows the difference and should get out and move on. I was a dept Mgr for years and yes got cut BUT I moved on to much better. The ones hanging on now are just lazy to try something new, you are going to be let go, bbb can’t afford to keep you. The bank is empty, top dogs aren’t leaving any sc-aps behind. Shop Amazon, what’s the reason anyone would shop bbb now??? BBB is so inefficient, I ordered two items of the same, both came from the same location. The items would have fit in same shipping box but no they came separate on two different days, double shipping and inconvenient to me as a customer, stupid mgrs. this is an example of bbb and their stupidity. Everyone should already know that.

BBB is a bunch of district clones mindlessly following their imbecile leaders because an original thought or idea is about the same as the Boogeyman to them.

Feinstein lost a ton of money through the Bernie Madoff scheme. Maybe that’s how they got it back for him.

Based on the Investor Activists findings, sounds like it would be prudent for the top 40% of Bed, Bath & Beyond executives to Lawyer up and buy some soap on the rope for the time they spend in Club Fed.

As I read through the White Page (Investor Activist Report), it seems as though the accounting spin in the last 15 years along with the Company Founders running the Company as if it were private, suggests illegal activity. I think the Justice Department and SEC get involved. Would it not be ironic if Bernie Madoff ends up with a cell mate the he Screwed over years ago. HA

I def agree with you. I was employed forever and thought I would be done for if I lost my job. I’m def happier now. The money may not be what I was making but the normal 40 hour work week and consistency is great. No corporate bs to deal with and the stress of conning people into beyond + lol
