Yeah no, I know exactly how they calculate what they will pay Indian workers. All of those fun activities you experience when first arriving in America are to distract from the fact that you are being paid less than what you already underpaid american counterparts get paid. Not only that but in general BD will fire 1 - 2 people per employee to make up for any initial costs + yearly pay. It is why the illusion of foreign workers taking US jobs comes from. Aside from the BD is a terrible employer. Plus the moment they believe you are any sort of risk to them they return you to India asap.
