the cat's out of the bag that there is about 20% difference in the payscales depending on the team you are in. our vp agreed to this and he also confirmed that mgmt has considered certain teams as key teams .. with the settlement will we see the pay gap go away ... hopefully get payscale adjustments soon. or are we hoping for too much? :)

Is Apple still planning to set up a big San Diego 5G modem operation after the settlement? That should drive up modem compensation.
Those teams also have the highest rates of attrition at Q. Grass isn't always greener.
