My club has had a significant drop in revenue in the past year, so we’re all getting a little nervous as time goes by. We used to be a club that was performed decently but recently I don't know what the hell is happening. Any other clubs that are witnessing a drop in business?

Our Club is suffering from horrible front end management and leadership. First of all, they held the position open for six months after the former leader had been removed after an extended medical leave. When personnel was done away with, they saved it so she had a safe spot to move to without having any of the qualifications except one thing: sitting on her bottom. Then she has the audacity to say she doesn't know club pick up or membership and expects floor associates to do it for her. Her and the manager can't make a schedule either with 4-hour blocks every day in carts. They're trying to be cheap and expect the floor to take care of them. The manager herself is getting complaints from members to floor associates saying how bad a manager she is.
Well when our club canceled polish dogs the club suffered badly.
