the company has signaled, small correction, the company announced this direction long time ago. This is not a news for FTEs.
I haven’t read the report, but I think the company has signaled its intention; over time, de-populate the Northbrook complex. It’s expensive real estate/taxes, difficult to attract young professionals in some areas (technology, actuary, finance) who don’t want to live in, or commute to the northwest suburbs, and there’s an inherent risk in a singular home office structure. Start replacing these roles in a smaller number (3, 5, 8 ?) of hubs. Charlotte, Dallas and Phoenix suburbs are the three biggest commitments, but they may or may not be the only hubs. This transition won’t happen overnight, or even a couple of years, but won’t take forever either.
How about discussing the substance of this repor? What is the direction of the company with all these job openings. What are the positions? Is this going to affect others around the country? When and how? Who cares about the "link"
Why bother. Make it easy.
you can copy and paste on your phone too.
Yes, except most people view these sites on a phone or anything their smart device. If you have to paste and copy on a computer, no one cares.
Copy it and paste it into the browser bar? it worked fine that way for me.
You’re wasting your time posting these links unless it’s a click on. Can’t open from here.
