Hey PM, You can’t possibly imagine how twisted this award system is. No one can rethink possible with c-ap, rigid and sh--ty upper leadership. Clearly from past awards you can notice the trends but I guess as a hands off CEO, you don’t.l notice this. So until these awards are actually based more on politics then I’d suggest not wasting your time filling this out.

So this is how sh-- leaders are made .. now it all makes sense.
They’ll give it to whomever they want to promote up so they can justify it to HR down the road. Basically the same as SteelMasters

I never fill these out - Whoever thought that these shallow demonstrations of recognition held value or were meaningful in any measurable way was, and possibly still is, delusional.
