I'm fairly new here at Pioneer but all the stories I have heard about Scott is he's a great guy, takes care of the company and the people. In his first meeting back, he stated he's here for the long run. Yes he also mentioned that if the price was high enough, he would considered. But do y'all long timer ever see a situation where he hoodwink his employees? What's all y'all thoughts about Scott the person and not the company?

He’s a great smoke blower.
Good guy is you disregard the character flaw of cheating on his wife with his secretary and somehow ending up running his ex-wifes family’s company and the secretary.
Who knows if he is a “good guy” anyone that actually knows him is far enough up the ladder they are not wasting time on here.
Also who really cares if he is a “good guy”. He knows the business and that all that really matters. Being a good guy is independent of being good at your job. Now go pucker up to the slurpee machine.
In employee meetings he is blunt and honest. Doesn’t say things he’s not sure of, and is very selective of his words. He said he was here indefinitely, not long term, which could mean anything. He won’t be trying to trick anybody but won’t tell people things they don’t need to know. For the record, he is pretty definitely a good guy.
