Any one know what the block scheduling for Floral department ? I know only a few clubs have them . We got ours couple years ago when did remodeling and got rid of the photo lab.
Also our club manager said no full time would be off fri sat or sun unless pto is used
Is that company policy? Or you think that’s just what he wants ?
Our floral dept is with Produce. The Team Lead works 1 to 9:30 pm, Tuesday thru Saturday, off on Sunday and Monday.
Not company policy..but as others gave said the managers will twist policy to suit their own selves. Hourlies will just suffer because we do not have access to company communication with managers..company could tell them to give all full timers weekends off but management would tell home office all the full timers volunteered for weekends..we can not win..

Why don't you just wait till your CM explains it to you. In the meantime have a Polish...oh wait
