Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Why are we still hiring?

Do you want to work 80 a week? This company was already sued once for discrepancies in work hours. Some reps worked 50 hours while some worked 40. It’s never ceases to amaze me how stupid they are! You’d think they would have learned but no! Keebler reps filed a class action lawsuit after dsd ended for them, and Keebler settled with them. Mondelez has positioned themselves to be ripe for the picking! In field sales, ask yourself how many have been promoted under the age of 25? Most of these jobs aren’t even posted and those that are “chosen” to fill are called in. It’s so blatant! Looking forward to the day when someone has to answer to this, and that day will come!

When announcements are made, take special note! Ask questions and make sure you are well versed in your rights to information! It’s a different ballgame these days with social media and access to information! Holds companies more accountable, and that is certainly NOT something that Skippy and his buddies have had to be! It’s a new time! Hold people accountable. Once these things leave the company it’s a whole new ballgame! Not one this organization will want to play in! They tried to settle the last lawsuit which is very telling of their acknowledgement of wrongdoing! They won’t change unless they have to!
