What's happening to Lead MSS? Are they being demoted? What's their role now?

Soon levels 1-7 will no longer exist. The levels will be A, B, and C.
All mss's will be full time no more part time mss's. Everyone will be a level 7 which is what the lead is. You all will start processing accounting as well since it only take a hour to close the day now. Best of luck😊

It’s so when the next round rolls they can let more managers go and all the leads will take over. It’s a way where they can get you used to leading the building with keys. They will bring the remaining 4 managers in mid shifts. They make it sound like we’re doing it for the tenure, in the long run there’s an agenda.
We are now all Front End Leads and equal to the rest of the other Leads in the building . I am a lead for the FE and that is what I was told today .
There is no more lead MSS. All MSS's are now on the same pay level / rank.
