What happens to accumulated vacation days when I leave Sam's Club? Do I get paid for unused vacation days if I'm laid off?

What state do they pay out old personal time?
They have to pay us our leftover personal time in my state, but not the sick hours.
You get all pto and ppto accumulated. Anyone with old leftover personal or sick time, do not get paid that.
