Renewal quotas are a joke. Directors, and Executives have already acknowledged that renewal traffic in the stores are up to 15% down due to digital. Why should we suffer with inflated renewal quotas when store traffic doesn’t even justify it!

To push online sales even more. Verizon retail stores are nothing but a sales slam fest. Been that way now for years. They want customers to avoid retail.

So tmobile and att added thousands of new customers 1st quarter and Verizon lost 44,000. Quotas still going up or remaining the same...and where are our promos for existing customers?!?!?!?!? Dont get me started on our commmercials....
