Payroll is the only thing MM's have to manage anymore. They can't explain anything else so they continue dumbing down others to their level.
No the idea s---s.. we're going to lose alot of good people... if people want a set schedule they wouldn't be here and would be at a place that the job is that.. tired of managers going around saying oh this is great.. well maybe they should have their lives turned upside down like alot of people are having done right now and see how they like it
No, it's a terrible plan for the employees.
Great plan for reducing payroll.
Every idea they come up with is garbage the last few years.
Some got lucky others didn’t, don’t worry they still the same lazy a-- MF, they aren’t going to work no matter what shift.
Forcing tenured people to quit so they can rehire people much cheaper
