Ok ladies and gentlemen,
Changes are good for us and we must learn to adjust. Take this opportunity to gain as must experience as you can and take your talent elsewhere. I've worked in every area of Sam's Club and I'm patiently waiting on a severance package to be offered to me. I believe I deserve it due to ALL I've been through with this company. I've worked in 5 different clubs and they are all ran the same. When the club mgr is out of the club mgrs sit in the receiving office, mgr office, membership office and the ptc office while 1 mgr answer all the calls and is afraid to tell the club mgr what is going on when he or she is out of the club. What I see is people becoming managers and team leads for the money and not to help make the clubs better. Too many lazy mgrs and leads that only delegate and not get dirty or even train associates to take their place. The first belief of Sam's Club is Respect for the individual which I do not see anymore. Dont get me wrong there are a few good leads and mgrs but most are not.
