THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST LEADERSHIP OUT THERE. MARKET AND REGIONAL STAFF HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY FEEL THREATS OF FIRING PEOPLE WILL MOTIVATE THEM TO DO BETTER. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. THIS IS AN ABUSIVE AND HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PEOPLE SHOULD NOT WORK OR SHOP AT THIS COMPANY.

Lowes is over.. leave asap
Motivation by fear is never acceptable and will cause good hard working people to leave or get fired. But don't worry .You will be replaced by two part timers that will be mostly elderly that will be restricted or slow to get things done. Nothing against the elderly since I am one but productivity slows down when you get older and that's a fact. Just think of lowes as being in the recycle business and the employees are the can.
